About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our State Farm insurance agency. Our agency prides itself on delivering personalized service in a supportive and team-oriented environment. This role serves as the frontline contact for customers, providing professional and efficient service. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license, with training and support provided.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty insurance license, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, assist walk-in clients, and manage customer communications professionally
- Update and maintain insurance policies, including vehicle, drivers, and coverage changes
- Process payments and provide proof of insurance to clients
- Transfer calls to the appropriate claims or sales team members as needed
- Conduct policy reviews with existing customers to ensure coverage meets their needs
- Assist with applications and send appointment reminders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Supporting various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Must obtain GA Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
